Saxo’s UAE disclaimer describes a Dubai representative office regulated by the UAE Central Bank and a DIFC representative office regulated by the DFSA. It says the Dubai office markets the platform and products of Saxo Bank A/S in Denmark. A representative office is not evidence that your trading account is held by a locally executing UAE broker.
For an investing comparison, establish whether you are buying securities or using derivatives, which entity provides custody, and the fees for the markets you need. Do not infer your account protections from a historic Dubai company entry: check the legal name in the offered agreement.

The bullwaves.com legal disclosure names Equitex Capital Limited and Seychelles FSA licence SD185. This profile concerns that website and entity. It does not establish a UAE licence or extend another regulator’s protections to a UAE resident.
